What is Uncover Rooibos Glow Toner ( I am Balanced) – 125ml

This daily toner is infused with 1% PHA, Hyaluronic Acid, Kombucha, and African Rooibos Leaf Extract to protect the skin barrier by balancing skin pH. Formulated to visibly even skin texture and gently exfoliate to boost skin cell regeneration.
