If you are not totally pleased with your purchase, BeautyClick will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the following requirements are met.

 

RETURN POLICY

General Return policy
You can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery/ collection for Eligible reasons or Change of mind:
Eligible reasons-wrong order, damaged, defective, incomplete and counterfeit items can be returned. Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process.
Change of mind-You can return items if you change your mind but refunds will only be processed if the package seal is still intact and if the product is in no way tampered with.
When returning an item, ensure ALL SEALS, TAGS and ACCESSORIES are left intact and the item is in original packaging.

HAIR RETURN POLICY
Hair can be returned under the following conditions:
Wrong item delivered,
Damaged item delivered,
Return on the spot (when the rider is still there) if the item is still in sellable condition (in case of change in mind).

Untampered hair can be returned on the spot or within 30 days if it has a quality issue.
A quality check will be done by Beautyclick before any refunds or replacement is done.
If the hair has been installed or the bundle seal has been broken, the hair can be returned within 30 days for quality check
Hair will be replaced only if it fails a quality check. If there is no quality issue, the hair will be returned back to the customer.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO BEAUTYCLICK SHOWROOM BY CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER’S COST.

MAKEUP RETURN POLICY
Makeup can be returned under the following conditions:
Wrong item delivered,
Damaged item delivered,
Return on the spot (when the rider is still there) if the item is still in sellable condition (in case of change in mind).
Beautyclick does not accept returns for any opened/used cosmetics.

SKINCARE & HAIRCARE RETURN POLICY
Skincare can be returned under the following conditions:

Damaged item delivered,
Return on the spot (when the rider is still there) if the item is still in sellable condition (in case of change in mind).

ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY
Accessories can be returned under the following conditions:
Wrong item delivered,
Wrong size,
Damaged item delivered,
Return on the spot (when the rider is still there) if the item is still in sellable condition (in case of change in mind).
