3. Return on the spot (when the rider is still there) only if the seal is unbroken in the case of change of mind.
1. Untampered Hair can be returned on the spot or within 30 days. A Quality check must be done before any refunds or replacement are done.
2. If the hair has been installed or the bundle seal has been broken, the hair can be returned within 30 days for Quality check
3. Quality check must be done within 72 hrs upon receipt after which decision shall be made based on the findings.
4. After the QC, if it fails quality check the hair will be replaced if it passes quality check the hair will be returned back to the customer.
5. All returns must be returned to BeautyClick showroom by customer.
