BASIC SKIN CARE ROUTINE
Posted on September 20 2018
We always want to have smooth, clear skin and there is a lot of products out here that we are often told to use. Today i would like to discuss the simplest routines to get good skin.
If you have acne, deep scars and other breakouts, before anything else what you need to do is visit a dermatologist and get the right treatment. We are often told to use so many things because they worked for other people and we need to realize that our problems are different. Your breakout might be from hormones while someone else’s come from allergies or just a normal oily face or even from something they used. Visit the dermatologist and get the right treatment.
In the morning wash your face with cold water. Cold water closes your pores; thus, your skin looks more refreshed and less bumpy. Do not use hot water to cleanse face because it dries your skin and leaves it feeling itchy. You need your skin hydrated and soft not rough and itchy.
Always moisturize your face whether your skin is oily or dry or normal. There are good moisturizers that glide perfectly and don’t leave you feeling tacky. This helps lock in moisture and leave you feeling soft. Always put your moisturizer while massaging your face from the nose to sideways out
Put sunscreen on. It is true that us Africans get protection because of melanin, which can provide some protection against skin cancer and aging. This is why white people are more likely to get a sunburn, and to get skin cancer, than dark skinned people. Yet it's possible for everyone, no matter how dark their skin color, to get both sunburns and skin cancer. we should wear a broad-spectrum, UVA/UVB sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 whenever we go to the sun.
If you put make up on make sure you always wash before you sleep. You need to wash away cosmetics, impurities and dirt from the surface of your skin, which could lead to irritation or cause your skin to age more rapidly. Your skin goes through its most important regenerative processes at night, shedding dead skin cells and cycling them out for new ones. Makeup impedes that natural exfoliation process, so your skin becomes increasingly duller over time. So, it’s really important for you to clean your face to give it “breathing” time.
It’s quite tempting to go for fake makeup since it’s cheap, but you don’t really know what’s in them. The ingredients can be dangerous and cause serious skin reactions.
BeautyClick is an authorized distributor of Revlon, Black Opal, Maybelline, Nouba and NOTE. If you shop any cosmetics from us, be guaranteed you’re getting authentic products.
Most importantly you need to eat healthy food and drink the amounts of water required. If you are not healthy on the inside then it shows on the outside. You also need to take care of your mental health and learn to love yourself since you can only look as good as you feel. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!!!!.
